I think you are on to something with Promises Fulfilled and if he makes this race there will be a swift pace. I don't think he has much of a chance but he could throw a monkey wrench into the horses that are close early and take them down with the ship if they get caught up in it. If he breaks like he usually does the pace should be quick. He has put up fast fractions (since his first race) and they were cooking it in the Florida Derby. Probably can't hold on, may make it further if wet but ensures an honest pace if he starts and does what he usually does.
