LOL .. I HAVE been known to make some outlandish statements, when posting in the middle of the night.
However---I really don't think this was one, greenie--speaking from MY EXPERIENCE. You are exactly right about prepping a horse for a betting coup, only to find ANOTHER horse whose connections have the same intentions. I have a name for those horses...I call them "ringers"..or horses that were also set-up.
