Sure, the odds posted should be the odds paid.
If the booking company makes an error, they are liable.
It is not up to the one placing the wager to ask "gee, is this line correct?"....
On the other hand, it does appear the line was obviously an error, and the one making the bet could have questioned the line before making the wager. Due diligence.
Dunno.....If this individual is able to find an attorney willing to take his case, then we shall see .
My guess is the folks at fan duel should be writing new policy right about .....NOW
