in this case I'm looking for data as to how well the figure performs against the publics top three. no other criteria.
say the public's top pick returns $.87 on the dollar, the 2nd pick say $.80, the third, say $0.75.
now say the top public's top pick with the highest pace generator "a" returns $.95 on the dollar, generator "b" $.85 on the dollar, well I would be interested, as a start, to look further into generator "a".
that's just the start of the analysis.
