No. I don't want to get into a huge argument over this, but no. All three are listed as exposure.

The file on Ray Baker doesn't go further than "TEXAS PENAL CODE 21.11 (a)(2)" in detail, so we don't know if it's (a)(2)(A) OR (a)(2)(B), or both I suppose the case might be.
Who knows though...we could speculate further and theorize this was a plea deal from a more serious charge.
No need to start inventing stuff though that may or may not be.
