Given how much respect Blea has with many people in the industry, including clients, there is speculation that there is a hidden agenda behind this to destroy racing in California. They are pretty adamant on believing that Blea is being purposely set-up [framed]. At least two members on the Veterinary Medical Board are animal rights activists, one of which was the ringleader to having Prop 2 succeed. Food for thought. Might be a conflict of interest going on behind the scenes.
