Democrats all seem to quickly forget who started the fights. You would not believe the blow back from restoring and displaying the Enola Gay, unfortunately ,as in she belongs where most would stare at her in amazement like I did, in liberal mecca Fairfax County Virginia at the National Air & Space Museum's Steven F. Udvar Hazy Center. It probably gets the least attention of all the exhibits.
A lot of lefties look at it as having a hand in murdering 70,000+ innocent civilians. For those lefties born in an era where Pearl Harbor gets little coverage, the Enola Gay is a Boeing B-29 Superfortress that introduced the city of Hiroshima Japan to Little Boy.
She pretty much ended the last of the WWII conflicts and saved us from a land invasion of Japan that would have resulted in more casualties than caused by the two atom bombs. She saved lives on both sides. Japan
also received a surrender demand and told 10 days earlier they would be met with complete destruction if they did not, they were warned.
