Violations of the First Amendment
ONLY applies to government entities. It
DOES NOT apply to corporations or private businesses. While I don't agree with what Twitter, Google and Facebook have done in many cases they aren't violating the First Amendment. If the government wrote a law that said FB, Twitter or Google, or any other social media company couldn't write or post or publish certain things, that would likely be a violation of the First Amendment. Existing case law regarding yelling "fire" in a crowded theater that's not on fire, classified information, and current laws notwithstanding.
