I just listed a bunch of ways Obama was tougher on Russia. Hillary was even more hawkish during her time at state when she actually said **** Putin and **** the reset.
I don't know what you want other than to make stuff up like Trump talking about how tough he is on Russia.
Russian sanctions exist because Congress made it clear they would override his veto. As we speak Treasury is working to undermine those... that's why the Senate voted
again today to tell the White House to go kick rocks.
