The reason the judge is pissed is because they have tapes of him and his wife talking about keeping the money secret, while she was visiting in jail.
He screwed up. But it really shouldnt matter. I would think if he was going to run, he would have by now. If his attorney had balls he would bring up the fact that he now controls the money, and ask for a bail reduction
