The amount of money you have is always a consideration for the bail. I can't believe anybody doesn't know that.
The fact that he was caught red handed lying raises questions about his truthfulness of his other statements especially since some of what he reportedly said is bit far fetched to say the least. I expect a different spin on the events by his lawyers when trial begins.

Some day in the not too distant future, horse players will betting on computer generated races over the net. Race tracks will become casinos and shopping centers. And some crooner will be belting out "there used to be a race track here".
