Bob Dylan is an interesting case. He played the hippie/liberals until he got popular. As he said, "I got my foot in the door and they weren't getting me out". The documentary No Direction Home covered his rise to fame in detail, including the scene at the Newport Folk Festival in 1965. Dave Van Ronk talks about Dylan being totally apolitical. No interest whatsoever.

I like Pear Jam and Neil is the man. The album they did together is quite good though Id rather have the Horse. PJ while under the radar to some have a huge following and their concerts selk out quickly.
But part of the point of posting that is to blow up supposed unique hatred of Trump whereas in reality Bush was eviscerated as well by many. Call it Repub derangement syndrome, Trump just washes his balls i n the inevitable hatred.
