Grainger sucks, I am shocked how they stay in business. McMaster-Carr, better prices, quality, selection and in most areas order by 6pm and it will arrive the next day for less than what many charge for UPS ground. I think Grainger survives from carpet bombing style advertising on AM radio. In my 30 years of buying from McMaster I don't think I ever saw or heard an advertisement from them. I believe they built their customer base from word of mouth.
