It will not be end of his judicial career no matter what the 3rd Circuit does. And no matter how the 3rd circuit rules, it will not be the end of it either. The 3rd circuit could be over ruled too. Anybody thinks they have a handle on how courts will rule is fool. A friend of mine lost over a million dollars settlement because her lawyers told her she could not lose and she believed them.
