Moving toward the inside is expected but it looked to me like the horse switched leads and then the angle got even more pronounced, no correction was made at that point but there wasn't much time to make one. I'm fine with saying careless riding because you do need to be ready for anything when you're angling in anyways but as for intentional I'd have a hard time saying that.
