$5.01/gal for gas last night on the thruway. We were driving past a truck stop and as we were looking at the sign, diesel went from $5.99 to $6.25.
Something very strange we noticed was that all the 18 wheelers were driving much slower than usual. Then I realized that they are probably driving slower to save fuel since it has doubled in the last year or so.
