Amazing how no one ever thinks to get INPUT FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS before screwing up the product.
Is the racing industry at the bottom of some kind of filter, that lets all the incompetents out there land on our game?
A racing industry that cannot time races, know how far the races are run, process bets so that customers know what odds they are getting before the horses' drug tests come back, and ADWs that piss off their $$$$Customers and then send shills out to tell how wrong we are.......pathetic.
