As for Tri Tip that seems to be regional. I used to eat it a lot in California, I haven't seen it anywhere I shop here. I don't go around hunting for it, maybe someone has it.

I'm not talking about manager's specials.
I'm talking about the cheaper grade meats that they sell every day.
I am also saying that I've not had a piece of meat under $20 a pound that was worth eating this year.
