I'd like any insight Huey Mahl may have written.
I don't need his actual data but the structure he
put it in might interest me. I like the booklets
he made. Not many articles on the subject.
I have already created the most sensible method
of comparison of race class and conditions ever
made in the history of horse racing. There simply
has never been a better way to make comparisons across
jurisdictions. So, I don't NEED it. I just want to
see what he made.
