What PA wrote. Sometimes Firefox doesn't close properly and leaves itself running. It looks closed so the user tries to run it again but to no avail. You could always reboot if you don't want to mess with Task Manager. That would also clear up any RAM issues as well. I think FF still has an issue with memory leaks.
