I'm a little biased towards the working man, but I can see the employer's side as well.
Those who are responsible for safe transport etc of others have to make sacrifices. Also those who are replaceable and have no special talent have less 'leverage' in the process.
(virtue? from me as well) I'm pretty boring now socially or with any 'experimentation',
but as far as medical privacy; merely a slight change in either my current condition or level of medical care, would flag banned substances and I suppose leave me in a position to have to present several doctor's notes.
If I were to gain employment again, I would hope to be evaluated by my job performance.
