Probably just place a 6 month arms embargo on them or something like that... Then go back to business as usual... it would grind their Yemeni campaign to a halt. Or some other slap on the wrist.
As far a the Saudi's resisting or retaliating in any way... no... not happening.
Because after exhausting all other options he will do the smartest and simplest one like he should have at the beginning.
