Pornography is "expression" and is protected by the first amendment.
I'm not so sure that pornography is 100% legal. One of the SCOTUS tests was the "contemporary community standards" test, i.e., in Las Vegas it's art; in Cleveland it's obscene. Did SCOTUS ever flip on that?
