In L.A., I believe the actors have to be registered and the industry is regulated.
I suppose you could register as an actor and also produce the films. Then you could pay the talent their day rate for having sex with you on camera, but then never release the film.
How much does a non-star actor charge for an hour of filming -- $500 to $1,000? That's probably in the ball park of what it costs to hire a prostitute?
