Good manners trumps bad looks. And besides, your "bad look" excuse is very lame, for every military person knows that when an inferior rank salutes a superior, the protocol is that the latter returns the salute. The NK general was polite and showed deference to the U.S. Commander-in-Chief by initiating the salute.
And I would suggest that Mosty, who started this thread, knew this because he intentionally omitted the fact that Trump
returned the salute. Mosty wanted to mislead us into believing that Trump initiated the salute -- that Trump is so dumb that he went around saluting anything in a military uniform -- he even saluted Privates Second Class.
