I think he is guilty, yes. Did Chad Brown grab the victim by the throat and drag her down a flight of stairs? Yes. He did.

During the arraignment hearing, the judge said she didn't believe Brown's lawyer's assessment of what happened. Pretty compelling statement.
Maybe you think the judge is a psycho too.

And is it normal for a judge to make public statements like that for potential jury members to read/hear?
