I know they put incentives in place to attract more trainers and horses. I’m not sure if what they are doing is economically sustainable, but it’s having the desired effect. The racing has been very good. The stakes have been like a flashback to better times. Not only are they actually playable, they are competitive enough to have multiple value oriented opinions inside the same race and go for a bigger score.
