Stillriledup Veteran Join Date: Oct 2009 Posts: 25,607	Silent Scream DQ at Woodbine in Finale. I don't know the Canada rules for DQs, but it appeared to me that the 3rd place finisher defeated the 4th place finisher by a substantial margin, didn't seem like this affected the finish. is a "foul a foul" in Canada, anyone know?
