I don't know how old you are, but I was watching and playing a lot of basketball in the late 70s and those guys suck compared to todays players. I don't even want to talk about the guys from the 50s and 60s. I read a lot about Bill Russell, then I watched some old tape on the guy, and he literally couldn't score if he was more than 5 feet from the basket. So I decided to look at his numbers, He was a career 44% shooter as a center, that's almost unheard of. I don't think he could do anything but be a scrappy player in todays game.
