Last race watch list horses running tonight:
Race 6 Speed Fay Fay (7-1) Was coming off the Vets' list after bleeding during a workout, hadn't been to the races in 210 days. Broke well from gate 6 and showed his usual forwarding position, DeSousa decided to take him just off the pace 400 metres away from the gate and settled in 2 wide 2 lengths off the pace setter. Was full of run in the turn, moved out to the three path just before the stretch when the high weight eventual winner came over into his path. Finished well while running a straight path in the stretch but wasn't able to head the winner and just missed by a neck.

Race 9 Lucky Eight (8-1) In his first race of the new season he drew the 9 gate and broke well, looked like he was hopping over the ground instead of gliding on the backside. Settled in mid-pack two wide in the turn racing behind a lone speed pace setter that eventually last. Entering the stretch, he had clear running room but lacked a kick to stay with the lightweight winner. Adding cheek pieces today to hopefully to get his attention back to running.

Past watch list runners running tonight:

Key Plays:
Race 6 Speed Fay Fay (7-1)
Race 7 Healthy Happy (4-1)
