A fourth lawsuit was filed against the Horseracing Integrity and Safety Act by Global Gaming LSP, LLC, who are the owners of Lone Star Park, Gulf Coast Racing LLC, LRP Group LTD, and Valle de los Tesoros LTD in the federal district court for the Northern District of Texas Amarillo Division on Friday (July 29).
The plaintiffs also filed a request for a temporary injunction.
