It's the final end of a place where many fond memories occurred. Sitting there unused , it is still there.

A better analogy would actually be when we rebuild Belmont. In that case, I will be excited about the new structure and not miss the current one. I'm sorry the Meadowlands basically stopped having a thoroughbred meet however many years ago. That I miss going to, as I did quite frequently in the 80s and 90s, but an unused structure that was replaced...so what. It was hardly some great architectural structure.
