Whoever said adaptation or even evolution, for that matter, was easy? You're living proof that it's neither easy or even close to flawless -- but there you are, nonetheless, stuck on stupid in your perpetual role (assigned to you by Natural Selection, perhaps?) as Dr. Dolittle.
