3) I have no idea how this one even applies. If you don't live at the address they have on record, yes, you might be ineligible to vote. Especially if YOU LIVE IN ANOTHER STATE...this is a Democrat party FAVORITE TACTIC. Voting FROM ANOTHER STATE.
