I agree with 2 of your points longshots do hit more on Saturdays than any day of the week, though some say the stats don't support that but I'm not buying it.
and like your longshot picks at Gulfstream.
GP 4------#5 Zia (Barn is heating up, cycling back up in Beyers. Just don't know how well he is going to like the dirt. Question mark for me? But if the odds are right...
GP 9------#8 Boheme de Davi (Navarro purchase, slight drop seems to likes the GP strip and the logical favorite 
will be overbet IMO.)
GP 11----#10 Wilshire Heir (Think he will appreciate the turf, must over come post but assuming he's sent right to the lead, sire 10/12 in the win and place slots.
Tam 9----#6 Malibu High (Obvious bounce last race off a top. Gets Lebron back from his last win 1 back where he got a 90 beyer in an open claimer. Not sure he can get back to that but can see him hitting the ticket at nice odds.)
