The bolt I remember was done by a horse named Private Practice at Saratoga. He was running in an infamous, "Do not adjust your set, this is NOT the sixth at the Finger Lakes," finale, going two turns on dirt, and looked to be the lone speed. I got him at around 9-2 or 5-1 or so, and indeed, he'd cleared the field in about five jumps. Then they hit the turn, and he, well, DOESN'T TURN! Just runs dead straight, making no attempt to turn left. It was incredible. I remember wondering why they didn't run him in QH races at Los Alamitos.
