I think there's a very good chance Kamala will take over right after the mid terms. This Biden "Weekend at Bernie's" tour is not going to last another 3 1/2 years. He's less coherent now than 6 months ago. For every good moment he has now, there are 3-4 where he's babbling. The guy is burnt toast and everyone knows it. There's no telling how many meds they had him on during the debates etc..
