Are states engaged in trade wars when they compete for new businesses to locate there? Is it unfair competition when Toyota builds plants in the south rather than on the east or west coast because of lower taxes, better labor pools, lower wages, etc.?

I also said there won't be a trade war but you missed that too. Just like you missed then-candidate Trump saying from Day One beginning in the historic Summer of 2015 until Wednesday that he'll impose tariffs and will negotiate fairer trade deals while putting America First -- especially putting America First. Why did his move on Wednesday surprise you?
