we have a local radio host here named Charley Jones. Even in his younger liberal days his opinion on immigration from Mexico and other Latin Amer countries was that "we're inviting poverty by allowing these people across our borders without screeining"

His stance then, as a liberal, and now as a Con, is that people looking to come into the US need to pass a test --- what do they do for a living? Can they contribute to society?

Now we have what Jones predicted---- immigrated poverty. A lot of these illegals have gamed the system to get food stamps, welfare etc. It's one of the pieces of the monster that's bankrupting our system.

Keep your simpleton charts and lib websites to yourselves. I see it on a daily basis here. Companies in many industries "go cheap" and hire these people for 1/2 the salary to do the same work, usually at lower quality of output....go to any Dallas County grocery store and you'll find people that don't speak English whip out their (Lone Star) food stamp card.

Something has to be done. Not "needs" to be done

Screw the electoral side of things concerning immigration. The financial blood letting is killing the nation
