This is the first time I've seen the NARC Ratings, it's part of The Jockey Club Information Systems. I went to The Jockey Club web page and tried to find some information on the Experimental Free Handicap and found the EFH has been "discontinued."
The EFH started in 1933, back in the olden days . . . been around for some 86 years - gone.
