You have obviously completely missed the entire point.
90% of blacks have historically voted Democrat. Across the board.
What has that done for blacks in our inner cities of turmoil such as New York, Detroit, Chicago, Los Angeles?
Her entire platform is for the black population to take more responsibility, and not depend upon handouts, welfare, and the promises from Dems throughout the years to lift them up that have simply never happened. Not even with a black POTUS at the helm.
