I'm not sure there's any publicized record of what the banking was in 1976 when the track opened.
Amy Silver of the Meadowlands, or another representative may be able to provide an answer, however I've seen the same question asked time and again, without anybody supplying a valid reference.
Hell, I've been unable to locate the date when Northville Downs was severely banked (its present state) and I recall reading an extensive article in the paper when it was done (some time in the 1980s).
