Than the 250k just spent to re-bank the turns, and benefit closers will have been spent for an approximate single season.

I find it difficult to believe that the New Meadowlands is going to throw down 250k a year to constantly revise the methods in which race strategies are developed.
Perhaps next time they'll add a chute
Elevate the backstretch or down-hill the stretch, as many of the courses in Europe are.
