If your going to stream you really don't need to save content. It's on demand. The faster your internet the better the experience.

Primary TV has an Apple 4k TV internet down is in the 380 area and it looks incredible on an LG Top of the line 4k TV at 65 inches

Apple TV offers other people's content via their app, right?
Does that mean if I get a stream from (say) NetFlix but watch it via Apple the quality improves?
(We actually have the Apple physical device already but opted to not pay for the subscription because it does not include much content that we don't already have.)
