That wasn't an insult, it was a suggestion to better yourself. Nowhere in my post did I say anything about only wanting positive responses, or not wanting negative responses. On the contrary, they're expected.
I was simply explaining that HANA can't do the heavy lifting here. It's a personal/business decision that each horseplayer needs to make. Even if they do make that decision, I don't think it'll do much good as per the 2nd part of his post that I quoted.
It's easy to blame HANA, and I fully expect it as I do every year when I publish the track ratings. At the end of the day though, the HANA board members handle alone isn't going to move the needle.
