Martin Van Buren,
Grover Cleveland,

Calvin Coolidge,
Herbert C. Hoover,
Franklin D. Roosevelt Did ok in WWII
William J. Clinton - allowed Al Qeda to grow pull off 9/11
Barack H. Obama - allowed ISIS to grow, screwed up the Arab Spring and left US diplomats to die and knowingly allowed RUSSIANS to hack the election, and drew pink lines in the sand and then backed down sending a bad message to the world.
