I'm very invested in the NFL getting bubkus out of this. They have no leverage, and they've been bad faith actors for decades on the subject. They'll benefit from added interest, and that's payment enough.

Hatch,s bill has no chance, that ship sailed many moons ago. Can you image any gambling state senators voting against commercial interests in their state?
The time for hatch’s bill was 5 years ago when paspa was still in force.
