For those who doubted this it was a long drawn out process but the right decision was made. Last night I ran into ex Gov Christie at a local restaurant in Bernardsville New Jersey and he felt very good that this would pass the way it should have congratulations to him, Dennis Drazin and the legal team he assembled with ex Gov Christie to get this put in front of the Supreme Court of the United States Monmouth Park and the Meadowlands as well as the casino industry in New Jersey should be well on its way to maintaining itself without having to further cut racing dates. I would expect a lot of positive changes going forward within the next year for Racing in the state of New Jersey.
