Well since he was given my account number and was able to verify the facts, that scenario is out of the question.
Nevermind the channel, the fact that he didn't even reply, is a spit in the face of his clients.
Unacceptable, period.
I just sent it to 8 members of the NYS Gaming Commission. At the very least, they need to know that he is unresponsive to clients.
