This is so true Tom I noticed this from the Baltimore riots when they were allowed, given free space to destroy and rob.
From Mr. Ball's statement there is a mentality that believes stealing and shoplifting should be allowed especially if they are protesting. This behavior is and should be completely unacceptable.
